Klang Valley

1. Shipping within Klang Valley will be charged at a flat rate of RM10.00 per order. You can get free shipping with minimum order RM300.00.
2. Orders are shipped out according to order numbers. Combination of orders placed on different days is strictly not allowed.
3. Orders may be combined and shipped as one parcel if address labels of orders under the same address are printed out on the same day.
4. Orders will only be processed once the full payment is received.
5. All in stock orders will be shipped out in 3-5 working days upon payment received and subjected to stock availability.
6. While we do our best to ensure that the orders be shipped within 3 to 5 working days, the dispatch time may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery time are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

Pick UP On Our Shop

1. Please provide your Name and Order Number, when you arrive at our physical store for collection of your order.
2. We will inform you when your order is ready for collection.
3. Please take note that all the custom-made Rubber Stamp take at least 3 working days to be ready.
